At BGF Real Estate, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies to ensure a positive experience for our residents. Please review our refund policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. Reservation Deposit

1.1 A booking reservation deposit is required to secure your accommodation with [Your Company Name]. This deposit is a commitment fee and is non-refundable, except as outlined below.

2.1 The booking reservation deposit is 50% refundable only under the following circumstances:

A valid visa application has been submitted.

The visa application is subsequently rejected by the immigration authorities of the destination country.

2.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our reservations team at bookings@bgfrealestate.com.au within one day of receiving the visa rejection letter.

3. Documentation Requirements

3.1 To process a refund, the following documents must be provided:

A copy of the visa rejection letter issued by the immigration authorities.

Proof of the submission of the visa application.

4. Refund Process
